Processing & Shipping Details
Shipping details will be emailed within 3 business days of your order.

Freight Delivery
Due to size and weight, most sauna kits ship via freight carrier. The freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery Requirements
Someone must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the shipment. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for a freight truck.
